Each invitation always sets the tone to the fabulous celebration! We want to ensure your invitation sets the tone, defining your style and personality! We want our couples to invest in a full service stationery experience, giving each element from your suite the personalized touch. All of our collections will include a combination of printed, and hand-addressed envelopes, allowing you to sit back and relax, without worries. All of our stationery pieces are custom-designed, exclusively for you and personalized exclusively for you!

For a more personalized touch, such embellishments, as colored envelopes, custom envelope liners and wax seals will complete the look of your stationery suite, one guests will always remember!


Our custom suites will take anywhere between three to eight {3-8} weeks to complete from start to finish. We want to make sure you contact us as early as possible to ensure ample time of delivery your vision! Stationery Tips: Save the Dates should be sent out six to eight {6-8}months in advance, while Wedding Invitations should be sent out six to eight {6-8} weeks prior to your date!


To book our services, please complete our Inquiry Form to discuss our availability. While our turn around time can be up to eight weeks {depending on the design process}, sometimes we have last-minute cancellations. Rush fees can also be added to your order for any time-sensitive needs. Ultimately, it is our goal to accommodate you and your needs!


1. Let's Talk! // We cater to local, as well as worldwide destinations, so distance will never be an issue with us! After we receive your submitted form, we wil reach out within 48 hours and go over all the details and get familiar with your needs to ensure we are a good fit! Our conversation will entail gathering information about your vision, your style, preferences, favorite colors, fonts and everything else in between!

We start off our process with an in-person or video/phone conversation, where we will show you samples and go in-depth with your vision for your design aesthetic, as well as discuss pricing options.

2. Pricing // Once we have confirmed a color and pricing guide, we will generate a detailed proposal for your review. We request a non-refundable fifty percent {50%} retainer to be made to secure your place in our calendar. We will agree on a start date for you. Please keep in mind, if retainer isn't received within the seventy-two {72} hours of receiving your proposal, your spot on our calendar will open up for another client, losing your space in the timeline; therefore not guaranteeing delivery on requested dates.

3. Let's Start Designing! // We are on our way to designing something gorgeous for you! We will personalize your colors and edit the verbiage to go on your invitations. We will send you a Wording Guide, giving us all the details needed to include into your invitation suite.

4. Proofs // Now that colors, style and concept have been established, we are off to designing! After receiving all the necessary information from you, allow us 1-2 weeks before you receive your first round of design proofs. You will receive three {3} digital proof designs, allowing you to make any changes/adjustments as needed to arrive to our final design concept.

Once the final design concept is selected, we will complete the suite with the additional pieces. You will receive a new round of proofs, showcasing the full invitation suite. At this point, you are asked to proof any final adjustments, as well as closely spell-check all wording and double check dates and locations. We are human after all, so mistakes can happen. :) You will have three {3} rounds of revisions before additional fees are incurred.

5. Let's Start Printing! // Now that your proofs are approved, final payments are due and your artwork is off to the printer! We offer so many printing options from Digital Printing {3-5 business days}, Thermography, Foil and Letterpress Printing {up to 15 business days}, options that will have been discussed during the Pricing stage. Hand addressing, full assembly, stuffing and stamping will add up to two {2} weeks to the timeline.

A signed credit card authorization form will be required. Should you decide to pick up your final product, we can arrange for a pick up at our office or meet up in the 77008 area. Our NON-LOCAL clients, shipping costs will be added to your final payment.


During the Design Process, we do ask you bring in your completed Guest List to begin working on these simultaneously. To better accommodate you, we will provide you with an Excel Spreadsheet template for your Guest List.
